SUbject: Frequent problem with the above BRanded Samsung Refrigerator & Repeated SERVICE BUT STILL NO Proper Solution PROVIDED
I Purchased the above Branded Samsung fridge on 08/May/2008 from SHAH's Elctronic Ltd (2/70, 77, OPP hanuman Temple, VAni nagar, Malkajgiri, Hydrerabad- 500047. PH: [protected], 23461940. APGST no: ABS/01/1/2852/96-97) .
On 25/july/2009 my fridge cooling stopped & i got i repaired from SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER ( Sy no 75/P, Samsung Bldg, Chinna Thokatta , New Bowenpally , secunderabad (AP) 500011. Ph no[protected] , they charged me 677.00 RS for the Repair Saying THAT IS IS SIMPLE A GAS LEAKAGE henne WILL NOT have any trouble hence forth. I paid the complete amount. (bill i am unable to scan & enclose due to system error ).
To my suprise and BAD SERVICE AT THE ABOVE instance from SAMSUNG SERVIVE ENGINEER that AGAIN on 10/03/2010 I face the problem with the above Refidgerator Cooling, (My Complaint no this time: [protected]). The Service engineer SAYS AGIN That GAS LEAKAGE . CAN I ASK THAT Within A SPAN OF 5 1/2 months HOW CAN THE SAME PROBLEM is Repeated, I am wasting BOTH MONEY and TIME WITHOUT ANY PERMANANT solution GIVEN BY SUCH A BRANDED SERVICE CENTER/ Engineer. I AM NOT PREPARED TO FILE A Complaint IN CONSUMER COURT.
I have other products of Samsung BUT I HAD NO ISSUE But this PROBLEM with Samsung Refridgrator IS REALLY A PAIN and I LOST THE BRAND IMAGE OF Samsung and ITS POST SERVICES that are provided.
PLEASE look into the matter. WHAT BEST Replacement OR Best SOLUTION can I NOW ACCEPT from SAMSUNG , pls reply. I CAN KEEP SPENDING MONEY & TIME So Frequently without Any PROPER SOLUTION.
