[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator 180 Ltr — refrigerator

dear sir
I bought a refrigerator from sum sang this item is not working last two month i inform to sum sang service center and large a complain on this number [protected] and got a complain no [protected] dated 31/08/2010.but my refrigerator not ok on this date .last one week my refrigerator in sum sang service center .so i want some satisfactory reply from your side

Samsung — Samsung 180 ltrs Refrigerator

I had a problem with my freezer for which the samsung customer care has promisd to replace the part in 2 working days.As the problem was from my side, I agreed to pay the service amount. Samsung service persons have taken 17 days to replace the part. They have given the service to Matrix company who replaces the parts. The service company was very arrogant and harsh, they donot care abou the customer. When I have tried to communicate the same with samsung customer care, They didnt even care to listen, instead they disconnected the call.I faced this for around 10 times. Can any one suggest me what should I do.

Samsung Customer care people are very irresponsible. I would never go a any product in samsung.
samsung refrigrater is very bad product and samsung service is so bad
