jiski complainte samsung custumer care toll free no. par complaint kari
thi. phir service center se engineair aaye. jinhone gass ki kami batai hamne unse gass padbai uske baad 3 days kaam karna sahi kiya. phir cooling karni band kardi . phir hamne toll free no par complaint ki phir engineair ne relay mai kami batai hamne realy new padi uske baad cooling nahi ki engineair service centear par frige legaye waha ja kar unhone kamprecer kharab bataya hamara frige out of gararnty tha hamne new comprecer padbaya issare kam mai 4 month time liya 4month baad frige aaya usne cooling sahi ki uske baad 1yaer baad 08/5/2012 cooling karna phir band kardi phir 11/5/2012 mai toll free no par complaint karaiye jiska complaint no. [protected] phir center se engineair aaye unhone relay kharab bataya hamne relay padbaya jiska invoice no. 01214 tcr no.049 date 12/5/2012 jiska service charge mila ke 760/= rupess ki payment di phir complaint ki toll free no . phir unhone frige center par magayi 14/5/2012 se abb unhone comprecer kharab bataya comprecer garranty mai hai. 11 days se frige center par hai ham khete hai ki frige sahi kar di jiye wo rooz kal ki khedete hai. rozana chakkar lagate hum.
