Samsung Refrigerator — Bad refrigerator sold & no support | |||
I have purchased a new refrigerator (single door) on 30th March 2012. The refrigerator has cooling problem from the begining. It does not cool at all. I have reported to samsung customer care and they moved the refrigerator at service center and found that it has gas leakage. I have claimed replacement of this bad refrigerator. Several times I have called to the customer care and each time the persons (at customer care) say that the request is forwarded to supervisor, senior, service center or respective department and I will get a call by 8PM that day. But no one called me to let me know when I will get the refrigerator. I am suffering for more than two months and am getting NO RESPONSE from SAMSUNG. Was this information helpful? | |||
