Samsung - Refrigerator — Complaint against Service | |
I bought a refrigerator from Samsung authorised dealer JANUS ELECTRONICE, Ghaziabad on 07/05/2006. After date of purchase fridge did not work properly or any problem are stands after service. After that if I complaint on customer care the executive tell that company's Engineer comes in 2-3 days after and comes after many time I call in customer care. The Engineer rectifies the problems temporarily. For rectifying he charge some amount for service & he did not give any bills against the payment.
