[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — no replacement for broken plastic shelves and vegetable box | |
i bought a 320L samsung fridge in 2004. within 3 years o[censored]se all the shelves and the vegetable box started cracking since they were made of plastic. when i approached the service centre in pune and later on in indore, they could not provide me with fresh shelves despite repeated visits. i have literally taped the shelves to hold them together. in effect, the fridge has become useless for all practical purposes. moreover, its cooling system chokes and stops every 5-6 months and the fridge has to be switched off for almost 2 days to make the cooling effective. its a persistent problem despite the fact that a service centre personnel has serviced it twice. the fact is that the fridge has become a liability for me. despite its somewhat lower cost price, it has caused me more agony than any othet apliance i have used.
