same problme is there
that cooliong remains in upper protion only
co. personnel
repair it so many times
but problem is still stand still

My refrigerator is having cooling effect only on the upper portion(upper door only). Please send the Mechanic/Technician for repairing. We had cooling problem in the fridge, hence lodged a service call on samsung customer care. The people who attend the service initially said there is problem in gas as so they loaded the same and charged for it.. but the cooling levels didnt improve, when called again they said the compressor needs a replacement and we agreed and they replaced the same collecting the amount. After doing all this the cooling system didnt improve and now they are not able to judge out the problem and are insisting us to send the fridge at their service station to find out the issue in which im not comfortable and trusting these people anymore.

food items kept gets spoiled like coconut, curd, milk etc cooling is not provided. kindly do the needful.
