[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — Gas Leakage | |||
I have bought Samsung 200 litres refrigerator on 14th Oct 2007. after one year there is gas leakage I have raised a complaint and samusng technician visited and charge the gas. after few months again gas leakage and this time they have changes compressor. again this year may month again gas leakage service executive have taken my refrigerator to their work shop and telling that there is leakage in coil which is inside of refrigerator body. and telling that new coil to be fixed out side of the refrigerator and it will charged for the same. Since it is a manufacuting defect the samsung company has to replace with new refirgerator. other wise i am thinking to go to consumer court. any one kindly to help me in this to get new refrigerator or repaired without any charges.
