Samsung Refrigerator — Technical Problem

I am owner of Samsung Refregerator model SR29EMBWXTL, Sl No. 010149AT900558 It is having tecnical problems. I have approached many times to their service center and willing to pay their justified charges, but inspite of various commitments nothing has been done till date. Problems are as under:
* Defrost water collecting tray made of metal has been corroded completely and needs a suitable replacement.
* Auto defrost water is not passing from its point but falling inside the body damaging in side food.
Pl takeup with appropriate authority of Samsung to resolve both problems at the earliest Pl
