My Refrigerator (Model RT23FVW51/XTL - Sl.No.01374ZAY401389N) purchased from Bismi Appliances, Kaloor, Kochi had shown complaints of No coolng. The same was reported to Bismi on 13.02.2010. The had sent a technician and after preliminary inspection I was informed that the refrigerator had to be taken to their service workshop and another technician will report to take the Refrigerator. Another technician came and done some job and he informed that the complaint cannot be rectified at my house and the Fridge has to be taken to the service centre. The Refrigerator was taken on 23.02.2010 to BLIZZARD, KALOOR, KOCHI 682017 for repair. I was told that the Compressor shows some complaint and the same will be rectified and the Refrigerator will be delivered in a weeks time. So far they have not brought the Refrigerator back even though more than a month had elapsed. They have never shown the courtesy to call me so far to inform what is the matter and why is the delay. I on the otherhand I had called them every other day to find the status and each time I was informed that it will be ready in a day or two.
I seek the urgent intervention of the Customer complaint authorities in this matter.
