[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — non availability of parts | |||
i have a refrigerator of samsung model no. SR-A19 NFO,the bottle shelf of my refrigerator was broken and i approached to samsung service center at moradabad and there my requirement/complaint noted at complaint register at sr no 289 on dated[protected],i visited several times to samsung service center but they were unable to fulfill my requirement. please help me to get the bottle shelf from samsung india. sub:- delay service and failure compresser 2 times in a pick season. during 2 years.
we have purchased SAMSUN RSH1DBPE on 7-4-2010 from MS/ Bharat electronics/ Ranchi and the compressor failed on oct. we have reported it and they given service to us after 15 days. again its compressor is failed now. now we have requested to mater in the customer care and it is started that no compressor is available at present and it will take more that 15 days. our coplain no. is [protected] dated 4.4.12 under this season we are suffuring much in the hot seasons and approaching you to have suitable and promt action.
