I think they need to first get the right people on the job and then train them as well. they do not have managers at all if you ask for one then their managers have either gone for lunch or or they hangup. They hung up on me 8 times as they could not help me and answer my questions. They cannot understand or speak English. they talk rubbish half the time. some of the names are Neelam, Nandita, supervisor munni. I have now registered a complaint with the consumer complaints website as well. i have also attached a copy of the chat discussion with your rep. (another ) (Our web team will be with you soon.) SALESMAN ONE MR.RISHI ON 14TH JUNE 2011 EVENING 17.45 HOUR (INDIAN TIME)
ADVANCE CASH Rs.1000/- TAX INVOICE NO: 000701
+ ITEM DELIVERED AT 12.00AM 15TH JUNE 2011 & PAID IMMEDIATELY Rs.13700/-
[ we our old working Samsung too, was OK 9 Years fine; *exchanged total price Rs.2000/- THUS total Cost Rs.16700/- ]
1) on next day night we saw ice water on freezer was dripping into the back low tray~puddling into our Kitchen floor,
2) we informed Metro Radio BUT just only call-centre's making rubbish, excuse's,
till eventually on the reason WE had to again go to Metro Radio to the same salesman Mr.Rishi
3) on Saturday 25th June 2011 then senior technician came one Mr.Mohbin Syed Complain number [protected],
He said this is a DEFECTIVE fridge AN HE SPOKE TO METRO RADIO and TO CHANGE THE REFRIGERATION IN 4-6 DAYS. ..NOW 23 DAYS NOTHING
already 5 days silent ~their procedure, what to do !!

when we calling acall centre very bad response . they are not cooperating reional public those who dont know english. taking a lot of time to attend customers on call centers with very bad experience.after making a complaint they not able to give service because unavailable of service centre in nearest area.
sell is main motto but in name of customer service only a cheating
