Ref : Your Invoice No. EE1682 dated[protected].
Claim No. [protected].

Your attention is invited to my letter dated 25/11/2010, which was personally handed over to you. The copy of the said letter is also forwarded to Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd., vide Registered A.D. bearing no. A – 8447 dated 30/11/2010.

I was looking forward to receive a replacement of a new unit RT – 35 CDUX as against the defective one supplied to me vide your above referred invoice.

It is very surprising / astonished that neither supplier nor manufacturer has responded to my complaint letter. Is it fair on your part ?

Please be noted that replaced tray with holes on Frunch box is not acceptable to me under any circumstances.

Now,I claimed that your refund me rupees 24,000/- (Twenty four thousand only) paid by me vide cheque no. 027592 dated 22/10/2010 drawn on Bank f Baroda and collect defective unit supplied to me.

Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
