[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — unavailability of Middle bottle tray of double door refrigerator | |||
Dear Sir, I have double door SAMSUNG refrigerator which I purchased in 2006 Now The problem has been occurred that middle bottle of the tray has been broken followed by I am asking new one, already I made complain six months back & recently fresh complaint (No [protected] dated –13/3/2011 at 13.20 PM.) through customer care they sent one service engineer (visited) but response always that it is not available suppose spare parts are not available than why u r selling the refrigerator without having spare parts .i would like to request ,Kindly look in to this matter.
