[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator (Sr 29 Emb) — POOR SERVICES | |||
I have a Samsung Refrigerator (SSR29EMB). I lodged a complaint in last week of June 2010 vide complaint No. [protected] about not working of the refrigerator properly and for replacing its water tray at the bottom. Though, the visiting fee of the Engineer has been paid on his visit on 2nd July 2010 but the refrigerator is still not working. My repeated calls to Service Centre have remained futile and the operator even does not transfer the call to some senior executive. The Samsung provides very poor after sale services.
