[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — bad experience with service centre | |||
I had a very bad experience with the after sales services whch you promise at the time of sales. I am a user of your products from a very long time. I have being using your fridge, microwave, a.c., and mobile. I booked a complain on your toll free number to repair my fridge on 3rd june 2010 at around 10 a.m. . my compain no. is [protected]. but I have not received any response from your side. I again called up on 4th june to remind them but have not heard from them till the time of writing this letter. If this be the senario then it would be not late before I lose faith in the company.
