Please respond with an immediate solution... complaint# [protected] Purchased Samsung refrigerator 285 ltr from eZone – Indira Nagar, Bangalore on 1st May 2009. The delivery was done after 2 days and after 2 days engineer came to install and found it was damage and said will be replace in 15 days.Its 70 days now after paying full I am forced just waiting.Every time I call customer care 30308282, they say it will be replaced in 15 Days !!!. passed 4*15 days (60 Days over). How to trust Samsung now ??. It looks Samsung is wasting my warranty by giving such answer.. There is no end for 15 days.. How to move my complaint further..
