[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerators — NOT RATIFY THE COOLING PROBLEMS AFTER TWO VISITS.
Terrible Samsung Service & Product
My Samsung double door 410L refrigerator was bought in 23rd October, 2005. For the past one year there have been problems off and on regarding its cooling. Either it doesn't defrost or it doesn't cool. The Samsung service engineers would come and melt off the ice and say its fine. But it would stop cooling after some time. Finally after multiple visits from the Samsung engineers I filed complaint no.[protected] on January 16th 2013. After repeated calls to the service center, some rude engineer came and said that some thermometer has to be replaced since its not defrosting right. Again there was no communication and finally I was told that its thermocol cracked and it can not be repair, after Long story short their engineer suggest me to buy the new fridge, my fridge stopped working completely . Do we still live in the dark ages - When called, the Gurgaon service manager Sushil Sharma told me very rudely that nothing can be done. When will these companies wake up and take service more seriously. Why can't we sue these companies for false promises and for selling dud products to consumers?!
I wonder how its got to be a $80bn company with terrible service like this!! I am never buying another Samsung product - we had a similar experience with a Samsung. I just dont want more consumers to throw their money down the drain like us...
