I have purchased a refrigirator of samsung from DAMANI stores in Raipur . Authorised stores of Samsung in the month of July. Wirthin 3 months the paint of the door came out.On giving a complaint no one was bothered to response.After two days a representive visited and assured that since this is a quality issue they will replace the door, but was not giving any assurance in writing that after replacing the door the performance and paint issues will resolve. I requested that if the unit can be replaced.He didnot give any commitment regarding when the issue will be resolved. The response stopped coming and later I wrote many E mail to the support division. LAter I got a phone call from a customer representative from a mobile no - [protected]. The representative was so rude and leterally threw a challenge that he will personally look that this issue gets a delayed response and was abusive. I did not expected such un professional approach. He treatened me to withdraw my complaint. Lter on this issue I again gave a E mail to customer support department but they have stopped responding to my mails. What should be done ????
