[Resolved] Samsung — REGARDING LED INSTALLATION | |||
Dear sir, I bought Samsung led 32" from Dubai on Dec 12, last week I make a call to Samsung costumer care for installation and wall hanging, they said me Agra engineer or dealer may contact u as soon as possible, on very next day his engineer call comes to me and he demands Rs. 5000 on the name of installation fees. when I complaint to costumer care they told me u have to pay these charges because u purchased from out of India. I don't know company engineers demanding bribe to me or its just a rule because neither company promote charging of installation nor they written in any documents like (bill, led box, or other accessories). so why I pay to them. if company will not install in free then company should pay me back with fare charges of my Dubai trip.
