[Resolved] Samsung — Replacement denial | |||
I had purchased a brand new Samsung Washing machine (12Kgs) for Rs: 53500/- on 14th March 2013. Soon after a month, on the 17th April 2013, the washing stopped working and we contacted the customer care. The service advisor visited our place and said that the Door lock and the Motherboard of the machine needs a replacement. To this I had requested them that we do not need a repair and need a new machine instead since the Motherboard in the key part any product. The company collected our bills and other details and said that they would look into this matter. Finally, after a numerous calls the got back to us after a month on 21st May 2013 leaving us behind in hardships. The company finally DENIED us a replacement of a NEW MACHINE and said that they would only replace the parts and do a repair. We request you to kindly look into this and hope that we will get justice from your end. Please find attached the Bill copy of the Washing Machine. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
