Dear Samsung team,
It is very sad that I have to write to you for a replacement of my new tablet 3 that I have purchased from a Thane dealer. I have been using it since 13th Oct, 2013.
I have been facing the following issues: device black out, over heating of the phone, call drop! I had given it for a replacement on 18th Oct, 2013.
It’s been given back stating that there are no issues but even now I am facing issues. It’s not even a week that I have purchased it and I am facing such grave issues. This is a humble request from my side to consider my device for a replacement.
Also, to add insult to the injury, I was told by the Mangalmurthy Samsung gallery in Thane that I would be getting a call from Samsung but no one called me. Till date, there has only been a one way communication for this.
