[Resolved]  Samsung — REQUIRE ONE NEW CABINET / or BACK COVER IN ORIGINAL OF SAMSUNG S3500 MODEL.

SIR, Unfortunately, One Samsung S-3500 Model Mobile Phone of its back cover is broken. So, the complainant have been contact to so many authorized Service Center of Samsung Company in India but the complainant could not get/or found of such New Cabinet / or Back cover of the S-3500. Even the Samsung Service Center & Company they did not co-operate and not advised correctly to the Samsung S-3500 Customers. Hence, the complainant hereby request to the esteemed authority that kindly arrange the cabinet as an Original New Cabinet / or Back cover of the S-3500 at an earliest Possible.
