Sir, I purchased one refrigerator from SAMSUNG dealer at Uttarpara on 12/05/2010.The name of the dealer is Great Eastern Pvt. Ltd.From that day till now I didnt get any demonstration of the product from your end even after continuous calling at[protected]/3969 I am not getting any assistance.So please advice me whether should I keep the refrigerator at my home as a showpiece or I should I use it in the proper way after getting a product demo from Samsung. Samsung — no proper demo for product
i had purchased samsung product on 18.8.08 form that day i was been requesting for demo but there is no proper reply from them.one person came but he is not capable of explain the features avaiable in that ctv.
