Samsung Rt26gcts1 — FutureBazaar.com: Wrong Delivered, Returned, But No status of Replacement when I would get my product

FutureBazaar is the most horrible online shopping site. My mind is not in balance after their customer service response. Everytime I called them scores of minutes but not able to track my product delivery. Please do not shop anything from this website futurebazaar.com even if they offer in free.

OK. I had ordered a Samsung Refrigerator RT26GCTS1 on 3-july. After witnessing their buggy payment system, I got wrong product model. I called them for replacement. Their courier partner has taken the same from my house on 9-july but Still I have got no call or mail from their side about the status of desired product. I am not able to speak to their customer service even wasted 100s of rupees in call waiting.

I request FutureBazaar if they have guts, please answer to my concerns here. Otherwise I would request to the readers please do not experience the total pain. Pls buy your products from retail shops close to you even if that's little more expensive. And Please , at least avoid FutureBazaar.

FutureBazaar — Replacement not getting

Aginst my order no [protected] , i purchased Jaipan non stick fry pan, on dated 15 Aug 2010, received same as per delivery terms within 7 days,
But in that mention product found in damage condition, as per policy they should replace it, so i logeed the complint by mail as well as by telephone,against same they reply they will collect it befroe or on 31.8.2010,but still date as on 06.09.2010, its lying with me.
I unable to use that pan after paying money.
Its very bad expirance to me from them

You called me the same day, I felt you are concerned and felt relaxed. But no further development since then is creating worries for me.

I do not understand why FutureBazaar/Group displays wrong information on website FutureBazaar.com.
I have read numerous complaints of FutureBazaar on several forums and I must say that
1. either your overall management is poor.
2. or you guys are creating buffers of money by creating false orders and then cancelling the same after taking too much time.

Ok again.. my story:
I have paid 100% amount by credit card on 3rd July to FutureBazaar. For the same, My bill is about to generate. Neither you process my order as desired nor you refunded my money back.

I have to do extra effort for following up the same.

I would request you to consider:
I am only earning member of my family and doing my job also. Having High Blood Pressure issues too. I must say that please stop this malpractice and let me know the status of refunds. And please close the matter asap. I do not need your discount coupons as well. Just Forgive me to forget you.
