[Resolved] Samsung / Rt26z Refrigerator — No response regarding complaint | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a samsung refrigerator on 17.03.10. When i called samsung support person for demonstration and unpacking of refrigerator, it was found damaged. The Model no and serial no are as follows: Model No : RT26ZBPS1/XTL Serial No : 04604ZASB00581M When i contacted samsung person, they told refrigerator will be replaced with in one week but it has been approximate 3 months and there is no response. Whenever i try to know status of my complaint to customer care, they tell that it will be solved with in 2 days.
