[Resolved] Samsung S3310 — set dead within 30 mins of purchase | |
we have purchased samsung metro 3310 from planet M retail LTD. s.no UG-2,1st floor,TDI mall plot no. 11,shivaji estate,rajouri garden,new delhi-110027. on[protected], 5:05:5 receipt no. 7428, after purchasing the set we went to our home and connected it with a charger to make the battery full,while charging i was discovering the cell functions and suddenly the set got hanged and it after that when i again swithched it on it ws not working ,so i went to that shop and he assured me that it wll be replaced but after 2 days the retailer told me that it will not be replaced because it has moisture and everything is burned,even he gave me the samsung service center receipt,and when i showed it to another service centre that person told me that the dead set is not because of moisture and some of the components is missing too. so i am fed up of calling at the samsung helpline even they have given me the complaint no.[protected] but even no response from them.. kindly help me in replacing my set and solving my problem.....
