TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE, SAMSUNG INDIA ELECTRONICS PVT.LTD SIR, I WANT TO SAY THAT, I PURCHAED A SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE(MODEL NO-S3310)(ITEM NO-[protected])ON DATED 24TH MARCH2010 AFTER USING ONE MONTH MY MOBILE HANDSET HANGING SO MUCH.THEN I RESET ALL THE SETTING AND MEMORY.BUT AFTER FEW MONTH THE SAME PROBLEM REPEATED.ONE MONTH BEFORE THE SPEAKER,MIC,MP3 PLAYER,BATTERY BACKUP,EARPHONE NOT WORKING.I GAVE IT TO SAMSUNG AUTHORISED DEALER SERVICE CENTRE(SHREE GURU TELECOMMUNICATION, R.T.NAGAR,BANGALORE-560032).AFTER A WEEK I GOT MY HANDSET.BUT FROM NEXT DAY AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM IS GOING ON.
