[Resolved]  Samsung S3500 — took money for repair in warranty period

on 5 august 09 i bought samsung s3500. its keys found faulty on 12 march 2010 and i gave it to repair within warranty period to,

they charged me Rs 450/- cash right there. i had no option to get my cell back and i paid. BUT MY MOB WAS WITHIN WARRANTY, SO IT DOESNT NEED TO ANY CHARGE FOR REPAIR.

I HAVE ALL RECIEPTS.

CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? WILL THERE AJUSTICE WITH CONSUMER?
