Samsung — fed up with their service

dear sir,

here is milan jain from saharnpur (up).i had bought a samsung star nxt(s5233s) mobile phone in mid july 2010 from gift-o-shoppe shop in saharanpur.After 15 days of my purchase it become my headache.The set restart automatically,hang,poor voice quality nd such sort of problem start coming in the phone .I have submitted my phone 4 times bt don't get satisfactory result.Please help me in this regard as early as possible.
