Samsung — company not providing the spoilt part in time
hello,i have a samsung refrigerator and last month it stopped working as a part was spoilt and the company personnel changed the part after almost a weeks time and after calling them up almost everyday. they charged us rs.2000 for the same but this week again the same part got spoilt and again the person says i will have to shell out rs2000 for the same part! its going to be almost a week but the part has not yet arrived and they say still its going to take time.they say that they don't have the part since a week and they are getting it from chennai. how can a company like samgung not have parts of its refrigerator in mumbai? i am facing a lot of problems due to unavailability of the refrigerator.
Also they say that the part is getting spoilt because of power problems but how come the part gets spoilt only in my fridge and no one in the building is having any problems.
I, hope you look into the matter and help me out on my problem.
