[Resolved]  Samsung — samsung estore Fraud

I have placed Samsung phone order on 20 Feb.
I have also got a confirmation mail that my order is successful by the bank and my order will be processed soon by their third party site.
But after five days Samsung is not giving me any conformation and they always say your order is unsuccessful as we have not received any money from your side.
Order No. 1057654 of Galaxy grand.

Please help me to get my money back.
