I bought Samsung galaxy tab 3.0 7 Model - SMT211 recently on 18th sept. 2013. It is showing frustrating performance lag. it lags whenever I open webpage ( general websites) . it lags when I play game ( subway surfer), play music and watch video online. the tablet gets overheated very quickly too. so I finally decided to visit Samsung service center at koperkhairne, Navi Mumbai. The service center said there was software issues. they formatted it and installed the OS again. but, unfortunately, its showing the same issues and problems aren't yet fixed. service center people did not even properly enclose the tab cover and the side aluminium lining was damaged too. I am dissatisfied from your product. I have had worst product experience . It is not value for money at all. I was expecting perceived quality and perceived value. its very disappointing. Samsung Galaxy Tab 3.0 7 is no way proves good value for money neither a good choice to buy! I have bought a product of sheddy quality which gives inconsistent performance!!! its fail in its primary ingredient/ core features. its not reliable. I have not even found effectiveness from your service center. Samsung as a brand showing the sign of ageing! I could never expect this from the No.1 cellphone brand. Unbelievable!
