Samsung — Samsung GT-S7562 Worst Product and Services... | |||
I am posting this to alert the Public and Company about the Samsung Mobile and its Services. My mobile Samsung GT-S7562 within the 5 month of the purchase the gadget has been to the service center 5 times thrice with the Service Request Letter and twice with the Service Request Letter. In the 5th month of the purchase Mother Board was replaced, sooner after the replacement the new problems took birth along with the old problems. Again the device went to different service center and I was been told that the replaced materials are faulty and needs to be replaced again. The device is filled with huge technical problems with the worst services and liers. To add to this, the executives and floor supervisors make fake promises. The device and your service has caused series of losses and pains. Currently internet is also not working properly. Thrice the senior escalation team promised to resolve the issue and call back, never kept the promise, emailed the customer care and CEO Office no replies. Was this information helpful? | |||
