I have purchased a SAMSUNG LED TV [MODEL NO UA40D6600WR, INVOICE NO S000100,CUST CODE 441) on 19/4/ 2012 from SELFRIDGES RAVIPURAM COCHIN for Rs 81000.I regret to inform you that the system is not working since 18th june 2013.I registered a complaint on 19th June 2013 vide complaint no [protected]. There is no response from your service centre ,even after one and half months.
I humbly request you to kindly take up the matter and arrange to correct our system as early as possible at free cost. After just completing one year ,repair to such costly system is pathetic. This is really lesson the credibility of your company.
