Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased a Samsung Metro S3310i Warm Silv on 27/03/2011.
Since my purchase, there have been problem in charging the mobile for which I have already given the same for repairing four times in the service center at Nehru Place. Bill No. and dates are given below for your ready reference:
1. Bill No. [protected], dated 03.12.2011
2. Bill No. [protected], dated 10.09.2011
3. Bill No. [protected], dated 26.09.2011
4. Bill No. [protected], dated 29.10.2011
After several attempts of repairing the problem remains as it is.
I have requested the company to replace my handset vide my e-mail dated 01.12.2011 addressed to rajiv.[protected]@samsung.com and again on 14.01.2012 addressed to rajiv.[protected]@samsung.com and on 20.01.2012 addressed to support.[protected]@samsung.com.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and get my handset replaced by Samsung.
