[Resolved] Samsung Sch M569 (Mpower) — Defective Product | |
I had purchased the new launch of Samsung CDMA MPOWER M569 on 18th Feb 2009. Started using the handset from March 15th onwards. It worked fine for 1 month.Later the phone became too slow in its application. I had not even used a external memory card. Finally in May the phone used to show some network error. I was not able to make nay calls nor receive. I called at the helpline numbers and they asked me to visit the service centre. I went to the service centre and they informed that there was a ntework issue and they will have to send the handset to Chennai. They committed a delivery of 10 days and delivered my handset after 1 month. on 29th June i received my handset n the problem was not resloved. Since then i have been following up with them and made atleast 100 calls. Its really sad for the treatment i have received and the way Samsung has failed. Pls help me get a compestion for the trauma i have received because of these people Was this information helpful? | |
