Samsung — useless customer service.
I hav a double door samsung refrigerator. Past few weeks it has been leaking water in the inside. all the stored veggies get rotten because of this problem.Repeated complaints to the service center [Ph:[protected]] is not helping, everytime I am assured someone will attend to it and nobody arrives.
I first complained on 05/09/2009, no one attended to it, Second call was on 12/09/2009, again no response. My third callwas on 15/09/2009 I was even given some id [protected].
Pathetic service.
