[Resolved] Samsung Sg - 5200 — FACULTY SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY | |||
I had purchased a Samsung Metro SG-5200 in Mar 2010. By July 2010, the mobile's screen went off without any reason. I visited the service center and was informed that I need to come back after a month because the LCD screen where in short supply I did so and I was surprised that while fixing my LCD screen they completely destroyed my camera quality. Mine was a 3.2 mega pixels camera with fine quality of photo and amazing clarity. Now when I click the photographs, it could surpass a horror show. I have written to samsung but they simply sent an acknowledgement for the complaint and did not get back. This for over 4 weeks now. Please help Was this information helpful? | |||
