I have given my samsung SGH-f270 mobile phone to samsung service centre mugal canal karnal(haryana), which is indeed the authorized service center for samsung on firstly1 month before stating network problem...they have returned my phone 2 days before...its more than 1 months since i gave my phone to them...they have also not fulfilled my demand and also phone doesn't show battery backup i think they have changed my phone battery ...i am not getting any proper response from the service center and from the area service manager...i want to contact samsung's higher authorities before i lodge a complaint in the consumer court against samsung...please contact me as earlier as possible

I have given my new sgh f270 handset to your aouthorised service center " PRIYADARSHINI" placed at Irwin Squar Amravati for the problem "SOUND GOES" at list three time within a one week.
I don't understand that they got problem or not and the laughing thing is that lot of "SAMSUNG" mobiles complents pending for few months and after asking they tell us that our Teqniciation
owner is absent . So please tell me sir what can i do
