I am Nuclear Scientist working in Nuclear power Corporation of India Ltd., Kaiga Nuclear Power Project, Karwar- Karnataka. Samsung products were my first choice because of high quality, competitive rates and excellent after sales services by Samsung company. Karwar being the nearest city from our residential Kaiga Township, on the auspicious festival season. I purchased Samsung 32 inch LCD TV Model No: LA32A450 serial No: 10453PBQ 8004470 series 4 on 1/10/08 by immediate payment to M/S Shreejitronics, Civil Court road, Karwar, Karnataka-581301, Ph:[protected] and 226038. (Invoice No: SEZ-53, dated 1/10/2008)
Before this purchase, I specifically and repeatedly asked M/S Shreejitronics proprietor about the Samsung discounted special price (festive offer) in view of the ongoing festival season. He assured that present MRP of this model TV is Rs 49, 000/- and after heavy festival discount selling price is Rs 44, 399/- only. He also claimed that no other dealer can offer less than this lowest price in whole Karnataka. He even gone further claiming that if any dealer giving less than this price (Rs. 44399/-) he will immediately return double the difference amount. M/S Shreejitronics neither displayed the MRP on the Samsung products nor displayed the amount of festival discount on Samsung products in his showroom
On his tall assurances and keeping in view the very high reputation of Samsung products enjoying worldwide, undersigned purchased the above LCD TV at price Rs. 44399/- by paying immediately. One of my colleague and friend from this residential township also purchased the same model TV from another city in Karnataka at a price of Rs 37, 000/- only. Also, on personal enquiry with different Samsung dealers in Karnataka it came to my notice that the festival offer of this model TV is around Rs 37, 000/- only everywhere and maximum retail price (MRP) of this model TV is Rs.44, 000/-. I brought into notice the above facts to M/S Shreejitronics and requested for immediate refund of extra money charged, but till date no response received. I am heavily cheated by Shreejitronics, Karwar-Karnataka and instead of passing festival offer benefits to customer the dealer himself enjoyed heavy profit on the customer hard earned money.
Sir I had also brought the above facts immediately in the knowledge of Shri Mahesh, Samsung Area Sales Manager, Mangalore on 7/10/08 and as per his requirements collected enough evidences e.g. quotations for this model TV from Samsung Plaza, Bangalore and E-Zone, Bangalore were obtained to substantiate my claim that dealer has charged abnormally high rate. These evidences (dealer quotations) were sent to Shri Mahesh on 18/10/08 for action against this dealer. Shri Mahesh was only giving tall assurances for the last one month and no action is taken by him till date in this regard. After getting desperate undersigned informed the complete matter on 7/11/08 to Shri M.K.Venkatesh, Commercial Chief, Chennai but till date no response is received.
Sir, I request you to help me in this regard for refund of my hard earned money charged extra by M/S Shreejitronics, Karwar. Also suitable action against this dishonest dealer may be taken for cheating their customer on auspicious deepavali occasion. M/S Shreejitronics is misguiding his customers by giving false and distorted informations about the Samsung products for his sole personal benefits only and spoiling the Samsung high reputation prevailing in market.
Hoping prompt justice and restoring my confidence back in Samsung India.

I purchased samsung ( I450), After 2 months my phone started giving me the problem. First while talking to someone suddenly some kind of noice starts coming in my speaker and than after 10 days some times i cant hear anyone and some times only the noise. I checked my sim on my other phone it was working properly. Than i went to samsung mobile care to submit my phone. The first customer support told me there is a noise problem in your cell and for this we have to change one part which we dont have it . Than i asked when it will come. They said not sure. approximately 15 to 20 days. than i went to other sevice center . First they said dont submit your phone when we will have the part we will call you. But no one called me, i complaint so many times to the customer care but no results. Than finally one day after complaing to the customer care they said you can go there and check your part is avialble. When i went there they changed the part and after that thet are saying there is the problem in the mother board of the cellphone. Now i am calling them everyday but no action is taken by anyone. I am very very much frustrated with samsung. So much big company this teh way they work . I think govt should not allow to launch or work with kind of the companies who doesnt respect there customers.
