Samsung Split A. C — defect in indoor unit

Dear sir,
I purchased my A.C from Maya Traders Bilaspur.they don' t give me any service for the same.in my A.C some manufacturing defect in Indoor unit.i Complaint the dealer but they wont give me any service for the same.
therefore i request you to kindly do the needful for my problem

Samsung — MFG. DEFECT IN INDOOR UNIT

PURCHASE A SPLIT AC ON 16.5.2012 CH NO1131 FROM BHARAT ELECTRONICS , MAIN ROAD, RANCHI AND AFTER THE INSTALLATION SAW THE INDOOR UNIT IS MANUFACTURE ING DEFECT AS TOLD INSTALLATION MAN, SAT I COMPLAINED TO CUSTOMERCARE AND GIVE A REF. NO AND SERVICE CENTRE PHONE NO. AND SAID THE ENGNEAR VISITING MY HOUSE TO SAW THE FAULTY INDOOR UNIT BUT STILL TODAY NOBODY WERE VISIT MY HOUSE, AND THE AC IS TOTALLY STOP WORKING. SO PLEASE HELP, THE SERVICE CENTRE NO IS [protected].
