Hello Sir/Madam,
We bought Samsung Split A/C during May 2007 thru' Viveks and within 3 months, it was reported as low coding due to Gas leakage.The piece was taken for service from viveks Service centre but on return, it had been stated compressor was defective and was replaced and Gas was refilled. Again after 6 months, faced same Gas leakage problem and reported to Samsung and requested for piece replacement. But they stated, piece replacement was not possible and then can extend the Warantee period for 2 months.Also a verbal agreement was given they can do the service free of cost for 1 year but cannot provide any written statement.
We also agreed and allowed the Samsung Service people to take up the piece for service and they gave a report when the piece was taken to their centre for servicing.But on replacing the piece, no report/job sheet was given to us.Is this the way of providing service to customers?
As they doesn't provide/get any report after piece replacement, we told we will produce a case stating the piece was not replaced back .(since they don't have any proof for piece replacement)
Either we need a report stating they can provide service for 1-2 years with free of cost or we need piece replacement. Please Let me know Whom we can contact regarding this case.

Samsung — A/C Gas Leakage
