Samsung Split A / C — Not coming for Service

I have registered complaint (Request #[protected]) to do general service like A/C cooling not coming properly,etc.,. No one is abiding to their promise that Engineer will call.
I need to do lot of follow up on this & I am litterly tired of their call. Realizing why I bought Samsung product & I feel I made a big mistake.
