PURCHASE SAMSUNG 3 START 1.5 TON SPLIT AC DURING MARCH 2010 AND ON 27.04.10 LODGED COMPLAINT WITH SAMSUNG ONLINE COMPLAINT SERVICE ABOUT NON FUNCTIONING OF SWING AND ON 29.04.10 SOME MECHANIC VISITED AND CONFIRMED THAT SWING NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. EVEN AFTER CONTINUOUS FOLLOWUP WITH ONLINE SERVICE AS ON DATE NO REPLACEMENT OF SWING OR ANY INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO REPLACE THE SWING. SINCE THE COST OF AC MACHINE IS RS.26000/-, SWING NEEDS TO BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE COMPANY HAS TO PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT FOR THE AC FOR WHICH SWING IS NOT WORKING.
