I unfortunately have purchased a Samsung split AC 1.5T 18FNB, which is not working properly. I lodged my first complaint in the month of May 2009. 'Complaint No.[protected]'. After repeated reminders on customercare helpline, engineer visited and reported that the compressor was not working. Compressor was replaced in the month of June but the AC did not show any satisfactory cooling. We lodged fresh complaints in the month of june, and most recently on 26th june, 09, but to no avail. I and my husband have been calling customercare helpline about four to five times almost daily. Every time we call, we are told, that there will be a call back and engineer will visit. We have neither received any calls nor any visit from Samsung so far.
I have not been able to use the AC for the whole summer season, and I am highly disappointed in the after sales service of this company. My experience with samsung has been the worst I have ever had. I will think a thousand times before ever buying any Samsung product again. Was this information helpful? |
