I have purchansed an 1 ton Split AC of Samsung in the month of Mar'10 ,1 month the AC works fine & then I facing cooling problem for which I have made the complaint on their customer care no[protected] after that an excutive visited at our residence & told that there was an leakage which he repair & again refil the gas,but after a month same problem again arise,it happen 2-3 times till Dec'10,but Jan'11 we again face the same problem without using the AC single day,technician visit & told that one of the part of the AC would be replaced ,I ask him don't replace the part replace the AC because it is in warrenty period, he ask us to make an compalint on call center ,we made the same 4 times (Compalint No [protected]) during the month but no on visited us.Now if the AC is not replaced I going to file a consumer ccases against the Company.
