[Resolved]  Samsung - Split Ac — Heavy Service Charges

I bought Smsung AC Split model No.AS12EFA - 1 ton 4star on[protected], right form the installation I am not happy with its performance, the cooling is not effective, two or three occasions the gas was filled to the required pressure of 65 PSI and one time within the guarantee period the compressor capacitor was replaced. The AC failed again on[protected] and a complaint is lodged on[protected] and it was attended only on[protected]. The technician who attended the AC said that the wire connected with capacitor was burnt and cut the burnt portion and joined, further on testing the technician said that the gas level is low and to be filled. I have no other alternative other than to accept all his versions, I paid Rs.441/- towards service charges, Rs.400/- towards transportation charges(Normally transport charges will arise when the unit is taken out for service, whereas Samsung will charge transport for the technician's tool kit and small portable cylinder)
and gas fill charges Rs.1,000/- . For having chosen Samsung I have to pay totally Rs.1,841/-for a service for the just lapsed guarantee period of one month. One buys a branded product for a trouble free performance but if it get failed in one year time means, where is the brand X or Y remains the same. I do not know how much more I have to spend on Samsung AC in coming days. There is no AMC also. Really Samsung has fooled me.
