[Resolved] Samsung Split Ac — Samsung Split AC faulty Installation | |||
Me and my brother have brought 3 Samsung split AC on 31st march 2009 from the dealer - Vishal enterprise, Nr. Jain Temple, Akota, Vadodara. We have not used them more than 5-6 times and after a year two of them stopped cooling. We registered the complain and samsung service person told us because of faulty installation gas has been leak and they are asking us to pay 1500 Rs for refill of gas for each AC. This is really frustrating. Out of 3 units dealer has not installed 2 units correctly and we need to pay 3000 in a year for the mistake of the dealer. Company is not ready to take any action against dealer and dealer is not taking any responsibility for these AC. Both are putting blaim on each other. Over and above this, dealer told us that they will perform 3 times free of cost service. But they perform service only once and now they are saying free service time has been expired and they perform service only if customer call them and ask to perform the same.
