[Resolved] Samsung Star — Service | |
I own the piece( samsung star GT-S5233A) from may 14th, worked excellect till 28th july and then the touch screen starts acting up by 2nd august the screen is completly non functional. taken to the authorised service center( Aug 6th), who examins the piece and says the LCD need to be replaced and should be ready in a weeks time.( aug 13th). It has not been repaired till date( Aug 17th eve) and no replacement etc have been provided. the only reply recieved is that the parts are not availible in the company so the repair cannot be made. if wished the phone can be returned in the present state. I need to be traveling for my employement abroad and faced great damages already because of the lack of communication. and currently have to leave the phone behind / purchase a new phone.
